About our products

What makes The Sehat Essentials flours different?

We blend millets, pulses and Indian super-grains to deliver more protein per roti or thepla than conventional staples — without changing how you cook. We don't add colors, preservatives, or fillers.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most single-grain millet flours (ragi, jowar, bajra) are naturally gluten-free. Blended flours and khakhras may contain wheat — please check the ingredient list on each product page before ordering if you have a strict gluten-free diet.

Are they suitable for kids?

Yes. Our blends use everyday Indian wholefoods and contain no artificial colors or preservatives. For toddlers under 2, please consult your pediatrician before introducing new ingredients.

How much protein do I actually get?

Exact protein content per serving is printed on each pack and listed on the product page. Numbers vary by SKU; we never use vague "high-protein" claims without backing them up.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Within India: typically 3–6 business days from dispatch.
International: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or refund.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?

For food-safety reasons, opened packs aren't eligible for return. Unopened packs in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; the customer covers return shipping unless the order shipped in error.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@thesehatessentials.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Quality, sourcing & storage

Are you FSSAI-certified?

Yes. Our FSSAI license number is displayed on every pack and on our Contact page.

How do you source ingredients?

We work directly with millet farmers in the Deccan region, where ragi and jowar farming has been a family heritage for generations. Each batch is cold-ground in our FSSAI-licensed Hyderabad kitchen and third-party tested before shipping.

How should I store the flour?

Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration extends shelf life, especially in humid weather. Use within 60 days of opening for the freshest taste.

What's the shelf life?

Each pack has a best-before date printed on it — typically 6 months from manufacture for unopened packs.
