How to use
For traditional bajra roti, use 100% bajra with hot water; pat (don't roll) into rounds. Mix with jowar or wheat 1:1 for softer everyday rotis.
Storage
Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration extends shelf life in humid weather. Use within 60 days of opening.

How to use
