How to use

Storage
Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration extends shelf life in humid weather. Use within 60 days of opening.

How to use
Use as you would any everyday flour — rotis, theplas, dosas, parathas, or as a binder in tikkis and cutlets. For best texture, knead with warm water and let the dough rest for 10 minutes before rolling.
